Dear Friend of ChaiSouthAfrica,
Lighting the Chanukiah is more than simply
a reminder of an ancient miracle it is a potent declaration
of the miracles that surround us daily. During Chanukah, we add
a candle to the Chanukiah until all eight lights shine on the
eighth night. By lighting the candles, you are kindling the
lights of knowledge, generosity, hope, memory, security and love.
With each day, the light gets brighter making miracles and good
fortune more possible.
For nearly four years, ChaiSouthAfrica
has been dedicated to spreading this light of hope to the elderly,
handicapped and "children in need" still living in
our birth land. Because of your generosity, their light
has become stronger and brighter and this year we are hoping
your meaningful donation will enable us to make a difference
in the lives of many more residents in the homes that are desperately
crying out for our assistance.
ChaiSouthAfrica is an organization
that has and continues to enable us to share our successes with
family and friends who are less fortunate. Donations go directly
to improve the quality of life in the residences that your grandparents,
parents, aunts and uncles, friends and fellow Southern Africans
call home. By supporting these homes, you will help to maintain
a safe Jewish environment for our loved ones still living in
South Africa.
At this time of Chanukah, we hope you will
find it in your hearts to help the light shine brighter and increase
your giving to those less fortunate. Please consider a tax-deductible
donation to ChaiSouthAfrica as part of your
year end tax planning. Please click on the link to "make
donation now". Thank you in advance for your generosity.
Sincere thanks and Chag Sameach ,
The ChaiSouthAfrica Committee
